Today was my first “Fight Gone Bad”.  It wasn’t really all that bad.  My form sucked on SDHP evidenced by my sore back this morning but ther rest was pretty good.  I could have done more reps at various stations if I wasn’t feeling nauseated.  I guess that’s a matter of met/con and I need to work on it because it’s holding me back.  All in all not bad with 186 for my first time.
