Thai Basil Chicken:
- saute 4 chopped scallions, 4 cloves garlic, hot pepper (hot thai chilis if you have them) in oil - I used coconut typically
- add 1lb diced or cubed chicken (traditional Thai uses ground)
- when chicken is done add 2 tbsp fish sauce and a little soy
- add 1 cup of holy basil (or Thai basil. Not sure where to find so I use regular basil. not sure what the difference in taste is but curious)
- add 1lb steamed broccoli
- cook a few more minutes and enjoy
